Former dual board certified Air Force Aerospace & Preventive Medicine physician and Division Chief of S&T in the USAF Surgeon General's Office. Senior Flight Surgeon (750 flight hours, 36 aircraft, call sign: "Genes"), USAF CDMRP Chair, Principal Investigator on a DARPA-and multiservice-funded biodefense platform.
