Biography

Eydith Comenencia Ortiz is a biotech executive, patient engagement strategist, and neuroscientist with more than a decade of leadership experience spanning biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, regulatory affairs, public policy, and patient advocacy. As Founder and CEO of CONECTA Partners, she leads a global strategic consultancy that delivers evidence-based patient engagement and insights generation solutions to help biotech companies and nonprofit organizations accelerate development, improve stakeholder alignment, and achieve meaningful patient-centered outcomes. Prior to founding CONECTA, Eydith held senior leadership roles at Roche, Genentech, Global Blood Therapeutics, and Biogen, where she built and led patient partnership, advocacy, alliance development, community engagement, and policy initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas. She holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Tufts University School of Medicine and combines deep scientific expertise with a proven ability to translate patient insights into strategic actions that drive innovation, strengthen development programs, and advance healthcare solutions worldwide.
