Tyson, thanks for connecting. Ejoyed your article: https://www.biotech.fund/kb/article/cultivating-an-ecosystem-of-trust-through-principled-decision-making Dyno Frontiers Network sounds like a great model, how would you see that working for Glafabra?

Hi Chris - it would depend on your goals. Our goal is to maximize the number of AAV based gene therapies which can successfully benefit from the use of our AAV technology platform. Success in classical terms of safety and efficacy, but also in terms of lower cost, time and risk in drug development. So the decisions we make are deliberately made towards that aim. So for you, first defining what your goal is can help you determine IF a network strategy makes sense for you and if so, how to design it.

I presume your platform can be licensed to others, if so that is where a network strategy makes a lot of sense. Dyno doesn’t develop our own gene therapies and so a network is essential.

happy to chat more,
